HP Recommended

Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8610

 

Error message: "there is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists, contact HP"

 

Thinks I have already tried:

1. Switch printer off and then on

2. Switch printer off, unplug for 10 mins, switch it on

3. Replace all ink cartridges

4. Semi-reset

 

What can I do to get the printer working again?
