@RichyPerez, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e All-in-One Printer is indicating a printer failure and asking you to contact HP support, there are several steps you can take to attempt to resolve the issue before reaching out to support.

Restart the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer and disconnect the power cord.
  • Wait for 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cord and turn the printer on.

Run HP Smart:

Update Printer Firmware (Update the firmware on an HP printer | HP® Support)

  • Go to the HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads page. Enter your printer model number and search for the latest firmware update. Follow the instructions to download and install the firmware update.

Reset the Printer:

  • Perform a factory reset to restore the printer’s default settings. This option can usually be found in the Setup or Maintenance menu.

Clean the Print Head:

  • Open the cartridge access door.
  • Remove the ink cartridges and gently clean the print heads with a lint-free cloth.

Verify All Connections:

  • Ensure that all connections (power, USB, Ethernet) are secure.
  • If using a wireless connection, ensure the printer is connected to the correct network.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
