Around the time the wi-fi password was changed due to tv issues, my printer screen and on/wifi light starts flashing and I have to reset or turn it off and then on again. What???? Once in a while , the printer screen will turn all blue and show the on/off button with this code: B343EC67 in white letters ????? I have taken the software off and put it back on and no difference. The printer will be fine for a while and then all of a sudden it will state the flashing. It will only print when I hold down the off button to reset or turn it off and back on. Help please

Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that you are getting a B343EC67 error, follow these steps to fix the issue.
Perform a power reset
- Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 30 seconds.
- Plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet and printer without any surge protector.
- Turn on the printer.
Update the printer firmware
