HP Recommended

The printer freezes on the boot screen. There are seven dots - the first one is lit up, the  power switch on the printer itself does not make any difference. I’ve tried unplugging and restarting, checked for paper jams and other errors. Nothing seems to work. Any help from HP would be gratefully received
