My printer had working fine for about 8 months, but now the printer screen on my HP ENVY Photo 7155 will light up with a loading bar and some dots below it. But it freezes with all of the dots empty and the bar full. It's been like that for 3 whole days and you can't power cycle it. I couldn't find any answers online or in the forums so I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in hoping it would change something. It didn't, the screen starts loading until it gets to the same spot before freezing again. While on my computer I found it still says that the printer is offline. I have had unplugged for a few days and tried the troubleshooter, nothing works! There was a similiar thread, but he got his working after a day. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
