i am not able to print on my pagewide pro MFP 477dw

I am seeing this :- Printing functionality is disabled. Please contact HP. Error code: 0xc6fd0203 

Please give me the solution

Recommended action for customer

1. Turn the printer off.
2. Clear the paper jam and check the printer for other sheets in the paper path.
   For troubleshooting steps, go to: HP PageWide 300, 400, 500 series - Resolve paper jams,"Print Zone" jams, and "0x61000013" error
   If no paper is found inside the printer continue to the next step.
3. Turn the printer on. If the paper jam is detected and cannot be removed, **bleep**.
4. Power Drain unit:
   1. Turn the printer off.
   2. Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer, then wait 10 seconds.
   3. Reconnect the power cord, and then turn ON the printer.
   4. Repeat these steps up to three (3) times if error does not clear
5. Perform a power drain without the print cartridges:
   1. Turn the printer off and remove the cartridges.
   2. Turn the printer ON, then insert cartridges once the display prompts to insert cartridges.
   3. Wait for Ready status and perform a test print
6. If above instructions do not resolve the issue, please contact HP Customer Support.
