Printer gives error message "There is a problem with the supply system"

My printer keeps giving me this message " There is a problem with the supply system" and refuses to print. We just installed brand new ink cartridges of every color - Magenta, Yellow, Blue, and Black - but the printer is acting like the yellow is completely empty. I have confirmed that it is not empty, and does appear to be full as it should be since it's brand new. What can I do to change this error message and why can't I even print in black & white? I

I'm sorry you're dealing with this frustrating issue, especially after replacing all the ink cartridges; I know how inconvenient it can be when your printer doesn't cooperate.

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, either the cartridges or the printer itself is faulty.
