Product: HP Officejet 7500a

I have cleaned my print head and am getting an error message Oxc19a 0003 .I have followed the instructions to try to get it going on HP site. What does this mean and what do i have to do next?

HI

The error is related to ink system

Please follow the following steps to resolve the issue

Do a reset  - Power on the printer

when the unit is on Disconnect the power cord from Wall socket

Wait for 60 seconds and reconnect the power cord

If the error Persists

Please remove the cartridges remove the printhead assembly and clean the contacts at the back of printhead

Reseat the printhead assembly and install the cartridges one by one - Close the cover after installing every cartridge

check whether the issue gets resolved
