I cannot print from my desktop. Laptop and Apple devices all print normal to the printer. I have the printer hooked up to my wifi, use the HP Smart app. I have tried hooking it up with the usb cable no help. When I open up the HP Smart app it shows printer is ready. The scan functions works normal. I just cannot print anything. I have tried HP Print And Scan Doctor and it shows no errors. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling software no help. Tried clearing the spooler no help. Updated the drivers no help. Used Windows troubleshooting found no errors. I am at a loss. Please Help!!!!! This issue started about a month ago.

Install the printer using the TCP/IP port:
- On the PC, go to Control panel > Devices and printers > Add a printer(at the top)
- Under 'Choose a device or printer', click on 'The printer I want isn't listed'.
- Select 'Add a printer using a TCP/IP address'
- Find the IP address of the printer by tapping on the wireless/ethernet icon on the printer screen
- Type in the 'IP address in Hostname or IP address' box, click next
- Proceed to the next steps by following the on-screen instructions.
- Try printing.
If the issue persists, Install the printer using Windows built-in driver
