I have gone as far as I can with troubleshooting this issue....including a manual restart and haven't solved the problem.
I recently added new program Office Professional (Windows) which I suspect caused the computer to go offline.

The printer Model Number is HP OfficeJet Pro 8715. Serial Number: CNC4KEM0Q4. It is wirelessly connected. HP Doct or can see it but says it is offline. In researching around, I also get a router is not detected statement. I can access from my old computer, and therefore, am still able to work, but my newer Dell Inspiron 15 is down for the count when trying to print.

Don't worry I'll try to help you out. Please answer few questions below to assist you better.
Did you make any changes to your printer?
Have you replaced the router recently?
Are there any interferences between the printer and the router?
Splendid analysis and remarkable patience shown. It is immensely appreciated.
Restart router, computer and PC together and try connecting the printer to the network again.
If you have a dual-band router, make sure it is set to the 2.4 GHz band. If your router is set to the 5 GHz band, the printer cannot connect to the network.
Try assigning a manual IP to your printer and check if it helps.
• Obtain the IP address of the printer – You can touch the “wireless” icon on the printer control panel to get the IP address.
• Type the IP address on your web browser to obtain the printer EWS page on your computer.
• Go to the “Network” tab – Click on “Wireless (802.11) – Then click on “Network address (IPv4)
• Click on the radio button which says, “Manual IP” and then click “Suggest a manual IP address” to give a manual IP address to your printer.
• Click on radio button which says, “Manual DNS Server” and under manual preferred type 8.8.8.8 and under manual alternate type 8.8.4.4 (This is Google DNS server address)
• Restart the printer and then router once done.
