Hp officejet pro 8025e is stuck! It’s saying there is a paper jam. There isn’t. I just bought new ink and replaced the cartridges. They are the correct cartridges. When I open the top, the cartridge carrier moves slightly but will not move to the center. I have reached in and pressed down on each of them. All 4 are locked in place.

Hi @Beth3501,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

This looks like a hardware issue.

However, Reset the printer.

Reset the printer to recover from printer errors or failures.

If your printer has a rechargeable battery, remove it.

With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.

Unplug the power cord from the power source.

Wait 60 seconds.

Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.

NOTE:

HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

Turn on the printer to complete the reset.

Click here for the remaining steps.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
