Hi @Boby9 ,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your HP Smart Tank 210 printer. The error message "Printer is busy" can be caused by various issues, and there are several steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:
Check for Paper Jams: Ensure that there are no paper jams or obstructions in the printer. Open the printer cover and inspect the paper path for any stuck paper.
Restart the Printer: Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for a few minutes. Plug it back in and turn it on. This can sometimes resolve temporary issues.
Check Ink Levels: Make sure that there is sufficient ink in all the ink tanks. Low ink levels can sometimes cause the printer to be unresponsive.
Update Firmware: Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. Visit the HP support website, enter your printer model, and download and install any available firmware updates.
Check Connectivity: Verify that the printer is connected to the network properly. If you are using wireless connectivity, make sure that the Wi-Fi signal is stable.
Restart the Computer/Device: If you're trying to print from a computer or mobile device, restart it to refresh the connection.
Reset Printing System (For Computers): On your computer, you can try resetting the printing system. In Windows 11, you can go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners. Select your printer, click on "Manage," and then choose "Reset."
Reinstall Printer Drivers: Uninstall the printer drivers from your computer and reinstall them. You can download the latest drivers from the official HP website.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.-
