Product: HP Smart Tank Plus 551 Wireless All-in-One

It was printing great and just suddenly stopped in the middle of the job.  We tried everything.  We can get it to do direct print but can’t get it to connect to the network.

it keeps printing the last three jobs over and over.  Cancel does not work.  Have to turn it off.  Even started printing an outline of the printer with a check mark.  I’m ready to send it to the looney bin.  Help!

If you are using Windows PC, you need to clear the print spooler. Simply restarting your computer will not do it.  You need to Google clearing print spooler and your Windows version and you should find a Microsoft article on how to do it.
