Printer is not allowing for color printing on BigSur macOS - with HP Deskjet Plus 4100 All-in-One

I have a problem with HP Deskjet Plus 4100 All-in-One series on BigSur macOS (M1 Mac 2020).

In all apps I can only print black and white. There are only Black and White presets. I tried reinstalling the printer, but is the same problem.

Only the Print Quality Report is printing color in HP Smart. For the rest of applications, including Print Documents in HP Smart, it does not let me change color mode from B&W - I do not have this option anywhere (not even in Media and Quality).

Just solved it, I removed and added the printer again in System Preferences > Printers & Scanners (so not only in HP Smart).
