I have done the HP Print and Scan Doctor as well as the printer scan through my computer. Everything checks out. The printer is online. Nothing in the queue. Test pages print without issue. I have restarted everything. What else is there to try? 😣

Hi @tUCKER0316,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you've covered most of the common troubleshooting steps already. However, there are a few more things you could try.
- Update Printer Drivers: Ensure that your printer drivers are up to date. Sometimes outdated drivers can cause communication issues between the printer and the computer.
- Check Connection: Double-check the connection between your printer and computer. If you're using a USB connection, try a different USB port on your computer. If you're using a wireless connection, make sure your printer is connected to the correct network and that there are no connectivity issues.
- Firewall/Antivirus Software: Sometimes firewall or antivirus software can block communication between your computer and printer. Temporarily disable any firewall or antivirus software you have installed and see if that resolves the issue.
- Reset Printer: Try resetting your printer to its factory defaults. This can often resolve issues related to configuration or settings. Refer to your printer's manual for instructions on how to perform a factory reset.
- Check Ink Levels: Ensure that your printer has enough ink or toner to print. Sometimes, even if the printer appears to be functioning normally, low ink levels can cause printing issues.
- Check for Firmware Updates: Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer. Firmware updates can sometimes fix bugs or issues with the printer's software.
- Try Printing from Another Device: If possible, try printing from another device to see if the issue is specific to your computer.
By systematically going through these steps, you should hopefully be able to identify and resolve the issue with your printer.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
