Printer is powering up (turning on) and powering down (turning off) repeatedly (over and over).

Printer is powering up (turning on) and powering down (turning off) repeatedly (over and over), otherwise it is operating normally.  This repeated on and off has to be hard on the power board or other components.  How do I resolve this?  Printer is a Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281dfw.  Thanks, The Resume Guys

Are you plugged directly into the wall? Any surge protectors, multi-taps or UPS devices can cause power issues with printers.
