Our printer HP ENVY Photo 7858 was working fine.  For some reason, it started printing every page with a random line of CODE at the top of the page.  I cannot get an answer from the HP Virtual Assistant.  Does anyone know why our printer started doing this and how we can correct it?  VERY GRATEFUL FOR HELP!!!

does the rest of the page print properly or is the printer producing multiple pages with a single line on each page? If you are getting a single line that usually indicates a wrong or corrupted driver is being used and the solution for that is to uninstall and reinstall your printer on your computer.
