Product: HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3835 All-in-One Printer

My printer 'HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3835 All-in-one Printer ' is printing the last page of the document first and the first page of the document last.  I have tried several methods to fix it. I want the document to be printed in the same order(the first page should be printed first and the last page should be printed last). I don't use the general(default) tool that is provided for printing. Instead, I use the app 'HP smart' that is suggested by HP. In the app(HP smart) there, is no option to fix the issue of the order for printing documents. Please tell how to print documents in the same order using  'HP smart' app
