Product: HP envy 6400 series

Our HPMV 6400 series printer just suddenly started printing everything in multiple copies on multiple devices – iPhones, iPads we don’t use computers. At least two but sometimes six! Spoke to HP and they denied everything even though we had to pay much more using their ink system subscription. Canceled that. Most likely never purchasing an HP printer again
