I am printing a single google "sheets" document (one that I have printed many times) and, now, each time I print the section of the spreadsheet that I am looking to print, the HP Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M283fdw printer prints a random document over the top of my document. The "random" document is not a document that I own or that I created or that I have resident on my laptop (as far as I can tell).
This just started happening. I have had the printer for several months or more and have never had such an issue.
I have rebooted my computer. I have turned the printer off and back on after several minutes. I have used the reset button on the printer. Nothing has fixed the issue.
Any suggestions?
thanks

Hi @Jmac6304,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be happy to help you!
Reset the printer
- Resetting the printer can often resolve printing issues.
- Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
- Try to print. If the issue persists, continue to the next step.
