Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have a MFP M479fdw and over the past week or so it started randomly printing documents upside down. This is extremely annoying when printing checks as business checks are not inexpensive. We've tried rebooting the computer as well as the printer without any luck. It doesn't have anything to do with duplex printing as these are all single page jobs and we will have 5-6 checks print correctly then 1 or 2 upside down then it will resume printing correctly.  Any ideas would be appreciated.
