My PC sends the instruction to print to my printer, printer show that its received the instruction and shows as printing document on screen (printer screen) But printer is silent and shows as loading and doesn't print. I've tried everything I can think of and came across an error code F0.01.01.02
It is low on ink, could this affect the printing process?
Thanks

Hi @Qubus,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you are getting the error code F0.01.01.02 on the HP OfficeJet Pro 8134e, which typically indicates a firmware or hardware issue. Low ink can sometimes cause printing problems, but it shouldn't prevent the printer from making any noise or attempting to print. Here are some steps to troubleshoot the issue:
Check Ink Levels: Even though low ink shouldn't cause the printer to stop entirely, it's still good to check. Replace any cartridges that are extremely low or empty.
Power Cycle the Printer:
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Wait for at least 60 seconds.
- Plug it back in and turn it on.
Firmware Update: Update the firmware on an HP printer
- Ensure your printer's firmware is up to date. You can check for updates through the HP Smart app or the HP website.
Check for Paper Jams:
- Open the printer and check for any paper jams or obstructions. Even small pieces of paper can cause issues.
Reset the Printer:
- Perform a factory reset on your printer. This can sometimes resolve firmware issues. Note that this will reset all settings to default, so you'll need to set up the printer again.
Reinstall Printer Drivers:
- Uninstall the current printer drivers from your PC.
- Download and install the latest drivers from the HP website.
Network Connection:
- Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your network if you're printing wirelessly. A weak or unstable connection can cause printing issues.
Print Queue:
- Check the print queue on your computer to ensure there are no stuck print jobs. Sometimes, clearing the print queue can resolve the issue.
HP Print and Scan Doctor: HP Print and Scan Doctor
- Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool. This tool can diagnose and fix many common printing and scanning problems.

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
