Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Printer is stuck in a printing canceling mode which does not stop   Printer keeps telling me to insert ink cartridges, which have been done several times over but it keeps telling me to reinsert them. Every time I reinsert cartridges, the darn thing goes back into cancel printing mode. Help help I’ve tried turning it off, unplugging it from the wall and everything, but it will not get out of that printing canceling mode.
