I followed all the steps to unplug the printer for 60 seconds and wait but nothing changed. Also I can’t remove the print cartridges because it’s stuck all the way to right without any access to remove the cartridges. It started happening after I replaced the ink cartridges with the ones that I got online.

I have this same problem as well. My printer whenever I reset goes on this endless loop of "checking the printer, please wait". I have checked the firmware on the app and it says everything is up to date.
In addition I also have the error code 0x6100004a despite no paper jam. My cartridge gets stuck on the right but I can release it by using a screwdriver to turn the ribbon knob backwards until the cartridge can move again, but then when I start up the printer it just goes back into stuck mode once the initial booting process is done.
Have tried the reset option with unplugging like all the forums suggest. Is there something else I'm missing?
