My HP DeskJet 4155e is stuck printing the Wireless Quick Start Guide over and over on a loop without a way to stop it. This all started after replacing my black ink cartridge with HP branded 67XL ink purchased from HPs amazon page. I had over 20 pieces of paper loaded, and the printer used up every page and then some, to keep re-printing the same Wireless Quick Start guide endlessly. I have done the following:

1. Unplugged the printer, left off for a few minutes before attempting to turn back on.

2. Updated computer software and printer firmware, confirmed both are current.

3. Removed and re-installed the printer cartridges to ensure they were set correctly.

4. Checked to confirm there are no print jobs showing in the queue.

I am starting to think the cartridge I purchased has caused the printer to bug out as this only started after replacing the black cartridge. I am now at over half of my brand new ink cartridge used up. I am also unable to print any personal items needed because it's stuck in this loop printing only this HP guide.

Please help!
