Hi @AU522,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing an error message with your HP printer. Error messages on printers can be caused by a variety of issues, such as a paper jam, a low ink or toner level, a connection problem, or a hardware malfunction.

Here are some steps you can take to try to resolve the error message.

  • Check for any visible issues: Check for paper jams or other obstructions in the printer. Ensure that the ink or toner cartridge is properly installed and has enough ink or toner.
  • Restart your printer: Sometimes, simply turning off your printer and turning it back on again can resolve an error message.
  • Update the printer driver: Check for any available updates for your printer's driver and install them if needed.
  • Reset the printer: Some HP printers have a reset function that can clear the error message. Check your printer's manual or website for instructions on how to do this.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
