So, suddenly my printer thinks I want to print on Executive Size paper not letter sized. I checked all the settings and everything is set to letter, and I deleted all the queue thinking perhaps one of them was requiring an Executive size.

For every sheet of paper I'm printing I have to go over to the printer and when it says "click on "OK" to accept any size Paper" I have to click "ok".. This is NOT okay.

The printer only asks for what it is told by the computer program and driver. Either your driver default has been set to executive or the document you are trying to print is formatted in executive. Common issue I see is that users are printing a PDF and the print setup is set to "chose paper size based on PDF" and whoever created the document set it to print in an non-standard format.
