I go between two sites and have a HP 4650 at each site. In one site I have no problems. When I go to my other site, I cannot print although Windows says the printer is operating properly, my wife can print on the network from her computer and I get the message that the drivers are not available. I have deleted the 4650 from Devices and Printers, and Devices and removed the drivers but I still get this message and cannot print.

@Jefko1970, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
- Make sure the printer and the PC are connected to the same wireless network.
- This printer supports only 2.4GHz network. So, the PC should be on the 2.4GHz network.
- If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both the networks.
Use the HP Smart app to print and scan from your Win 10 PC(Wireless connectivity)
Click here to download and know more about the app.
If the issue persists, install the printer using the TCP/IP port:
- On the PC, go to Control panel > Devices and printers > Add a printer(at the top)
- Under 'Choose a device or printer', click on 'The printer I want isn't listed'.
- Select 'Add a printer using a TCP/IP address'
- Find the IP address of the printer by tapping on the wireless/ethernet icon on the printer screen
- Type in the 'IP address in Hostname or IP address' box, click next
- Proceed to the next steps by following the on-screen instructions.
- Try printing.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Followed your TCP/IP instructions and it says I am connected, but when I send a test page, it says Error Printing.
The router is 2.4 and it handles my iphone which is 5.0 but the two networks have different IDs
