Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Resolving Printer Error Code 0xc6fd0002 – Paper Jam Issue

If your HP printer displays error code 0xc6fd0002 indicating a paper jam even when no paper is stuck, follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

1. Turn Off the Printer

Press the Power button to turn off the printer.

Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer and from the wall outlet.

2. Inspect the Printer

Open all access doors, including the input/output tray and rear door (if available).

Check the entire paper path for small pieces of paper, labels, staples, or debris.

Make sure nothing is obstructing the printhead path or rollers.

3. Re-seat the Ink / Print Cartridges

Open the print-cartridge access door.

Remove each cartridge carefully and reinstall it securely in its slot.

4. Check and Clean the Rollers

Use a lint-free cloth slightly dampened with clean water.

Gently wipe the rollers to remove dust or residue.

Ensure the rollers rotate freely and are not damaged or worn out.

5. Reset the Printer

Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet first, then into the printer.

Turn the printer on and let it initialize completely.

6. Update the Firmware

Visit the official HP support website for your printer model.

Download and install the latest available firmware updates.

7. Perform a Test Print

Print a self-test or diagnostic page.

Confirm that the error is cleared and that the printer feeds paper normally.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
