My printer is displaying the message:
Memory device problem.
A problem with the USB has occurred. Remove the USB device and then restart the printer.
I have unplugged the printer for 60 seconds as suggested to others with the same issue.
Can you email me with the details to properly reset my printer?

I'd like to help!
I understand you are receiving a "memory device problem" error.
We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

I have received the printer you have sent. But I need an A3 printer. My printer was a 7740 but you have sent me a 8210.
This is very inconvenient and extremely frustrating!
The printer was only 5 months old. I have been in communication with HP for weeks, the issue is not solved. I am disappointed with HP and would not buy again or recommend ever.
I need this fixed. -

I’d recommend you contact HP Phone Support in your region for assistance
Follow the instructions below to reach them:
1) Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6)Fill the web-form and proceed further.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
