Product: HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am having an issue printing with my HP Officejet 3830 all-in-one printer. When I go to print a document the printer is in default status but, it says attention required. It will not clear and it will not print the document. Troubleshooting can not detect any problems. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the printer. I have unpluged it, tried to clear the print spooler with no success. It will sometimes print the document. But it is unpredictable. Help! I have purchased another printer, but this one is still in good condition and I have not opened the new printer. I am hoping to solve the probem with this printer and return the one I just purchased. Help!
