An envelope icon is flashing on the screen, as well as the information button. They wouldn't disappear whatever I would do. I updated my instant ink subscription, then later cancelled it. Tried to reset the printer 10x times just as described in the HP videos. When I am trying to print trough the app, it says that the printer is blocked, then another time it says that the work had been cancelled, or that the printer is jammed. Also, when I am trying to print trough my PC, it says that the device is offline, even though I am connected to the WIFi on both devices to the same router. I was trying to press the information button to print something. It managed to print a page about the basic network info of the printer, so it means that the ink is fine and the printer is not blocked. So to sum up (sorry, too many issues) 1. Envelope icon is blinking 2. Information button is flashing 3. Wouldn't disappear despite attempts to reset 3. Can't print trough the app ('Blocked' message) 4. Can't print trough PC ('Offline' message) 4. The printer is able to print information pages

I understand you are not able to print and facing multiple issues with the printer. I'm here to help.

 

Are you using Instant Ink cartridges to print?

As you have cancelled the enrollment, the Instant Ink cartridges will not work anymore. You will have to use regular HP ink cartridges.

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.

If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.

 

Reinstall the Hp Smart app and check if that helps.

Alternatively, click here to download the HP Full-feature driver.

Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.
