Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP all-in-one deskjet printer was working fine until now, but suddenly stopped printing anything except info pages.

Printer keeps blinking "i" light, and flashes mail & droplet symbol. 

Is there anyway I can factory reset the printer to get it working?

To assist you better, is the printer enrolled in Instant Ink?

Are you using Instant Ink cartridges to print?

How is the printer connected to the computer?

Hi,

Not enrolled in HP Instant Ink. I am using original HP cartridges bought from the store. Connecting using USB cable. Worked very well till last week, but suddenly stopped printing. Only prints info page with mail icon.

Let us reset the printer to its factory settings.

I have sent you a private message with a set of instructions to perform a reset. Kindly check the same, this might help you to resolve this issue. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
