Hello,
I can print on nomral paper just fine, however, when I try to print on Standard White Matte Label (Sticker Paper) it will not load correctly and jams before it can print.
The paper is normal size, 8.5 x 11". I have tried changing the settings on my document to "Other matte/inkjet paper" and "Other photo/inkjet paper" and it would not print on either setting.
I'm not sure what else to do.

Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂
I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.
As I understand the printer keeps jamming when trying to print on a label,
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
Did you ensure your printer supports the stack of label paper you've inserted?
(Click here to verify the same)
While you respond to that, here's what you need to do:
During a print job, the printer stops feeding pages, and a paper jam error message displays on the printer control panel.
NOTE:
Paper jams can be real or false. The printer might report a paper jam even when there is no jammed paper. The following steps apply to both real and false paper jams.
If your printer has an automatic document feeder (ADF), your printer might not look exactly like the printer in the images, but the steps are the same.
Click here to see this video in full screen on YouTube.
Step 1: Clear jammed paper from the printer
There are different areas where jammed paper might become blocked. Clear any jammed paper from one area, then try to print again. If the error persists, check the next area for any jammed paper.
NOTE:
You need a flashlight to complete these steps.

(By the end of this article all the issues should be resolved)
Keep me posted,
If the information I've provided was helpful,
give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons,
that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Good Luck.
