Printer missing lines of the page it is printing , all checks done and alignment done Still doing it

Printer is printing but missing lines out of the printed page,  had error number error code oxb8d20055 pop up but it hasnt shown up since un plugged the printer and turn on again, The problem has persisted. prints some then top half of a word then misses out 6 or seven lines prints ok again and then misses more lines. 

Its on a wireless HP envy 5020

I understand the printer is not printing the complete page. Let us try these steps:


Try making a standalone copy in black and color to check if that prints fine. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.


Check the ink levels and replace any low/empty ink cartridges.

Clean the ink cartridges and print a quality report to check the result as shown in this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues


If the printhead is badly clogged, it might require another cleaning cycle. If so, wait 30 minutes before you perform both levels of cleaning again.
