Product: HP OfficeJet Plus 4152
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

WiFi Printing.  No blinking lights. Printer won't print from Windows devices (Win 11 or 10) with error message User intervention needed but prints fine from apple devices. Installed printer using HP Smart App.  When I attempt to print from windows it goes to the que and windows says user intervention needed.  I can entered the IP address of printer, in browser and everything looks fine. Wifi Diagnostic says everything fine.  Assigned static IP address for printer - no effect. Went through the help page that said almost the same thing (stopped print spooler in services, opened windows system folder and deleted files and then restarted spooler services. - no effect. When I open  Hardware for printer in windows under device status, it says working properly (but isn't).  When I open Control Panel-hardware-device and click on the printer (after clearing print que) it say HP23E796(HP DeskJet Plus 4100 series) - Attention Requited. Have uninstalled HP Smart App several times and reinstalled.
