Lately when ever i go to print i get a constant "Printer needs user intervention " error . The frustrating thing is thats all i get no error number or message saying what's wrong. If i load up the HP program it can detect the printer and send test pages, clean the ink cartridge ect. I even re did the Wifi setup. Yet i continue to get this annoying message. Why does it need intervention when the program can see and send it jobs just fine. Also i removed the printer and redid the setup and installed latest driver and same them. I also have another issue when the printer does print but i'll save that for later. I've owned 3 HP printers in the past and all were horrible painful experiences. I thought this one would be different. I do have IT training but i can't figure this out anyone have a fix before iditch HP all together.
