So I recently had to change my cartridges since the ones it came with ran out of ink. Now I'm getting an error that says "Alignment unsuccessful" and the cyan doesn't print at all. I have already tried the "clean cartridge" option, and the realign option several times. Tried resetting the printer by un plugging the the back and from the wall socket at least 7times. Still nothing. I even called and the person told me to make sure the printer was up to date with driver, it says it's up to date, but still will not print the cyan. The cartridges I got are HP cartridges. And I even returned one cartridge thinking it was defective and got a new one, with the same problem.

This looks like a hardware issue.
