I’m having an issue printing PDF documents (forms to be specific) on my iPhone over AirPrint to an OfficeJet 4630
The document prints fine (as in no errors and the pages aren’t blank or anything), but it doesn’t print the information filled out in the form
For example, say there’s a part in the form where you are supposed to fill in your address
On the screen it looks like this
Your Name
123 Fake St.
Fauxtown, XX 12345
Except, when printed, it just looks like this
As in, the field (like the line, or box, or label, or images, etc.) are all there, but the information in that field (like name, address, age, gender, etc.) doesn’t print out with it, it’s just blank
The issue seems to be with this specific printer, if I use the same iPhone, printing the same PDF document, using the same app, using the same method (AirPrint), on a different printer (say a Ricoh), it prints just fine
I scanned through the printer’s menu to see if there were any related options and couldn’t find anything
Has anybody else experienced this or know what could be going on?

@Mikedamirault1, Welcome to HP Support Community!
I see that you have issues with printing PDF documents from your iOS device, let us try to isolate and resolve the issue-
Have you tried using the HP Smart App? If no, refer to the document HP Printers - Install and Use the HP Smart App for help.
Try restarting the devices and then print.
Also, Update the printer firmware
Download available firmware updates from the HP website
With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
