Hey so my printer is not printing. I have reset it,  So whenever I turn it on it stays oonwith the little green printing banner and the red x to cancel the print job but they just go around in circle and dont cancel. Also the touch screen stays on until I either turn the printer off or plug it out. No matter how long it stays off when I plug it in and turn it off it goes back to the same screen. It eventually prints a blank page and thats it. I've tried printing from my phone and computer. Any idea how i can fix it or what's wrong with it? Or is this the end of it?
