How are you creating the envelope?? Software / Application name?

Is the printer aware you are printing on an envelope?
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Open your favorite browser > type / enter Printer IP address into URL / Address bar
Tab Settings > Preferences > Tray and Paper Management
If applicable, check the Advanced section (at the bottom of the Tray and Paper Management menu)
Click Apply to save changes

Is the sending address the "Return Address" (upper left corner)
OR
Is the sending address the "Recipient Address" (approximately the middle center of the address)

Is the address standard three line or is it four lines?

The envelope size makes a difference, too. Standard? Custom?

Is the address font size left as standard or has the font / size be changed?

Is the issue a new one?

Are the return / recipient addresses hand entered or are these pulled from an address book?
