HI folks...

 

When I tried to print some black text a few days ago, every second or third line only printed, and the lines that did were only partially printed themselves. When I selected "color" from the print dialogue box, it printed alright, albeit a dark, warm color. 

 

The display for the color ink levels shows black at about 30% full. So, I'm not sure if 100% full really just means 70%, or if there is something else going on here.

Try cleaning the black cartridge.

The cleaning process did not solve the problem, but thanks for the idea. I've sent a message to HP support, and I believe I'm waiting on a response from them.
