Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After solving a paper jam, I have found that my printer is printing without leaving the correct left margin. This means that the first letter of each line cannot be seen (and, in any case, I need a margin for presentation reasons).

It may be my fault as I interrupted the realignment exercise the printer initiated when the paper jam was resolved.

I have tried searching the Knowledge Base and using the Virtual Assistant unsuccessfully, probably because I am not using the right term for the problem. Alignment seems to mean something else!
