hi, I'm unable to use my printer. I have sent a print command from my printer using the HP App, however, the printer is not printing any paper.
Ink status looks fine
We have sufficient number pages as well.
Best,
Priya

Hi @Priyarana,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be happy to help you!
If your HP DeskJet 2810e All-In-One Printer is not printing despite having sufficient ink and paper, there are several troubleshooting steps you can follow to resolve the issue:
Basic Checks:
Check Printer Connectivity:
- Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your computer or network. If it's a wireless printer, verify that it is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network.
Restart Your Printer:
- Turn off your printer, wait for about 30 seconds, and then turn it back on. This can sometimes resolve minor connectivity or communication issues.
Restart Your Computer or Device:
- Sometimes, issues can be on the computer or device sending the print command. Restarting it can refresh the connection and resolve temporary glitches.
Printer Status Checks:
Check Print Queue:
- Open the print queue on your computer to see if there are any pending print jobs. Sometimes, jobs get stuck in the queue and can prevent new jobs from printing.
Check Printer Settings:
- Ensure that the printer is set as the default printer on your computer. Sometimes, print jobs may be sent to a different printer if it's set as default.
Troubleshooting Steps:
Run HP Print and Scan Doctor:
- Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor utility from the HP website. This tool can diagnose and resolve common printing problems automatically.
Update Printer Firmware:
- Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer. Firmware updates can fix bugs and improve printer performance.
- Visit the HP Support website, enter your printer model, and look for firmware updates under the "Drivers and Downloads" section.
Kindly find the next set of steps in the next post.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance

Hi @Priyarana,
Please find the next set of steps below.
Check for Driver Updates:
- Ensure that you have the latest printer drivers installed on your computer. Outdated drivers can sometimes cause printing issues.
- Again, visit the HP Support website, enter your printer model, and download the latest drivers if available.
Check for Paper Jams or Obstructions:
- Open the printer cover and check for any paper jams or foreign objects that may be obstructing the print path. Clear any jams carefully following the printer's manual instructions.
Reset the Printer:
- Perform a power reset on the printer by unplugging it from the power source, waiting for about 60 seconds, and then plugging it back in.
Print a Test Page:
- From your computer, send a print command for a test page to see if the printer responds. This can help determine if the issue is with a specific document or application.
Additional Tips:
Check Ink Cartridges:
- Even if the ink levels appear sufficient, sometimes cartridges may be improperly installed or dried out. Remove and reinsert them to ensure they are properly seated.
Check for Error Messages:
- If there are any error messages or warning lights on the printer, refer to the printer's manual or HP's support documentation to troubleshoot specific error codes.
You may also refer to this document for other print quality issues.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance
