Thank you for reaching out. I understand your HP OfficeJet Pro 8630 e-All-in-One Printer is not powering on. Let’s try a few steps to troubleshoot the issue.
Basic Power Reset
- Disconnect the power cable from the back of the printer and from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cable directly into a wall outlet (not a surge protector or extension cord).
- Reconnect it to the printer and try turning it on.
Check the Power Module
- Make sure the power adapter (if applicable) and the power cord are both in good condition and seated firmly.
- If possible, try using a different compatible power cord.
