When printing, notication icons appear at top...after printing, hrs and days after, they stay. There is nothing running, nothing in que. They won't swipe away. I even restarted the phone...they stay. If I open one, it says "no print job". What is causing them and how do I get rid of them? Thank you...

Hello, @vrcsmith42Eeer – Greetings!

Thanks for reaching out to the HP Support Forums!  It is a great place to find the help you need, from other users, HP experts, and other support personnel!

I understand that you are trying to print from your Android device and is getting a lot of notifications. I'd like help 🙂

First off, I need to know how you are printing from your phone. Are you using the HP AiO Remote app or HP ePrint app? If so, uninstall and reinstall the app and check.

If you were not using these apps, then let's try installing the HP All-in-One Remote app (HP AiO Remote app) to print from your Android device. Go to the Google play store and install the HP ARemoteote app on your phone.

I found a wonderful document which will give you instructions on how to use this app. Please go through the steps here: http://hp.care/2dlUQ2b

You can also try to use the HP ePrint app and check if that helps.

Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance.

Cheers 🙂

I am using the HP all on one Remote with current updates. I also have tried HP e-print...same thing. They do not swipe off. They do not clear with the "clear" option, nor do they clear with phone "restart " They do clear with totally shutting down the phone and then restarting.

I also tried removing notifications from bother in system settings, but the hung in there.

Hello, @vrcsmith42Eeer

Did you try to uninstall the apps from your phone? If not, please try to uninstall the app, clear the data and then reinstall the app.

If the issue persists, reply with a screenshot of the notification that you are getting. This will give us a better idea of the issue.

Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance!

Good luck 🙂
