HP Recommended

I print greeting cards for 3 years. My printer has printer off before and somehow fixed but this time when it prints, the design on the greeting card is all shifted to the left. Leaving a huge 1 inch white margin on one end and text cut off on the other. Everything is up to date, shut down and restarted. Does anyone know how to fix this??
