Hello Tank4,

Go to:

http://hp.com/go/tools

After that, download and run the Print and Scan Doctor tool, this should resolve the issue with the printer showing offline and remove the documents from your queue. Keep a copy of this to resolve this issue if it occurs again.

To simply say thanks, please click the "Thumbs Up"button to give me a Kudos to appreciate my efforts to help. If this helps, please mark this as “Accepted Solution” as it will help several others with the same issue to get it resolved without hassles.

I'm having major problems getting my HP Envy 4500 to print.  It's showing offline, downloaded the HP Print & Scan Dr which said it had "fixed the problem" and it printed a test page OK - twice.  But I can't print my document.  Have new HP computer with the dreadful WIndows 10 on it.
