Officejet Pro 8610
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an officejet 8610 that is showing offline.  I have gone through the trouble shooting.  It did resolve a few problems.  When it fixed those isssues it came back saying the printer was turned off even though it is on.  I appreciate any help.

Thank you for the advice.  I ended up getting technical support since my printer was still under warranty.  A windows 10 update was the issue.  Thanks!
