I have reset the printer, reset the printer wifi connection, reset the computer HP app, disconnected wifi on both computer and printer and nothing works to bring the printer online. I am unable to print anything as nothing connects to the printer.

Hello @wilson217 .
- On the keyboard, press the Windows logo key and the R key simultaneously. The Run window opens.
- Type control printers, then press Enter key. The Devices and Printers window opens.
- Right-click the name of your HP Envy 4500 series printer, then click See what's printing or Open queue.
- Click Printer, and then uncheck Pause Printing and uncheck Use Printer Offline and close all windows.
- Try to print.
If the issue continues, please configure a new port as follows:
- On the keyboard, press the Windows logo key and the R key simultaneously. The Run window opens.
- Type control printers, then press Enter key. The Devices and Printers window opens.
- Right-click on your printer icon, then click on Printer properties, click on the Ports tab, and click on Add Port....
- Select Standard TCP/IP Port and click New Port....
- Click Next, then enter the printer's IP address (e.g. 192.168.1.97) in the Printer Name or IP Address field and click Next.
- Once the port is added, click Finish and close all windows.
- Try to print.

Oops I assumed you were using Windows.
For Mac you can perform as indicated in the following video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fd_aYuvLuTU
Open the HP Smart application. If you do not have HP Smart, download it from the HP Smart: App Store on Mac, and follow the instructions to add your printer.
Click Printers, and then select Diagnose and Correct.

Selecting Diagnose and Correct
On the Diagnose and Correct screen, click Start.
Wait for the scan to complete. Do not close the application to avoid interrupting the process.
On the Diagnostics screen, review the results and then click Test Print or Done.
